This week TMG team participated in our annual staff retreat with the theme of “Writing Our Next Chapter.” We had a great couple of days together – we are feeling re-energized and inspired!
We work hard to practice what we preach when working with our clients. We are grateful to have some time together to reflect, connect, and grow. We explored how we can develop as individuals and as a team by building on our strengths. We also spent time thinking about the future of our organization to continue to meet needs in the field. We strive to stay innovative, current, and impactful.
