Anadora “Andie” Moss is the founder of The Moss Group, a justice consulting firm established in 2002, and founder of Moss Justice Partners, a nonprofit organization focused on addressing service gaps and systemic inequities affecting justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities. A nationally recognized correctional leader, consultant, trainer, and thought partner, Ms. Moss has spent more than four decades helping public safety and correctional agencies strengthen culture, leadership, safety, and operational practice.
Throughout her career, Ms. Moss has worked with federal, state, and local agencies, private organizations, and national associations on some of the field’s most complex and sensitive issues. Her areas of expertise include sexual safety in confinement settings, implementation of the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), organizational and facility culture, women’s services, staff-client relations, executive leadership development, facility assessment, investigative practice, strategic planning, and organizational change. She is widely recognized for her ability to translate complex correctional challenges into practical strategies that improve safety, accountability, and outcomes for staff and justice-involved populations.
Since founding The Moss Group, Ms. Moss has guided work in all 50 states and with several international agencies, supporting adult, juvenile, jail, prison, and community-based correctional systems. Under her leadership, The Moss Group has provided training, technical assistance, assessment, and implementation support to agencies seeking to improve culture, meet federal requirements, enhance investigative practices, and strengthen gender-responsive and trauma-informed operations. Through extensive work with the National Institute of Corrections, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and Bureau of Justice Statistics, Ms. Moss and The Moss Group have played a significant role in national PREA implementation and related field-building efforts, including hundreds of on-site technical assistance events across correctional settings.
Before founding The Moss Group, Ms. Moss served as a Program Manager with the U.S. Department of Justice, National Institute of Corrections, where she developed and managed national initiatives focused on sensitive correctional management issues. She chaired NIC’s Initiative on Justice-Involved Women and its Institutional Culture Initiative, managed executive leadership programs, and provided consultation to correctional executives across the country. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles with the Georgia Department of Corrections, including Assistant Deputy Commissioner, where she oversaw reform in women’s services and managed a landmark lawsuit related to sexual safety and incarcerated females.
Ms. Moss is a frequent speaker and presenter on leadership, culture, sexual safety, PREA, women in corrections, and correctional practice. She has testified before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, served as a subject matter expert on federal panels and advisory bodies, and contributed to national conversations on justice-involved women and safety in confinement. She has authored and co-authored publications on staff sexual misconduct, PREA, women in prison, and correctional leadership, including contributions to professional periodicals and correctional administration texts.
Ms. Moss is active in numerous professional organizations and has held leadership roles across the corrections field. She is a founding member and past president of the Association of Women Executives in Corrections, a former chair of the American Correctional Association’s Women Working in Corrections Committee, and a long-standing member of several national correctional associations. Her honors include the American Correctional Association E.R. Cass Correctional Achievement Award, the American Jail Association Francis R. “Dick” Ford Distinguished Service Award, the Association of Women Executives in Corrections Susan M. Hunter Award and Legacy Award, and the National Institute of Corrections Executive Director’s Award.
Ms. Moss holds a Master of Education from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia.

Mara Dodson serves as President of The Moss Group (TMG), where she leads and guides teams across day-to-day operations, organizational development, relationship management, business strategy, growth, and service delivery. She works closely across the organization to align priorities, strengthen team effectiveness, deepen client and partner relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and position the firm for sustainable growth while ensuring its work remains practical, research-based, and grounded in the realities of 24/7 operations.
Mara joined TMG in 2008 as a project coordinator and advanced into roles of increasing responsibility and executive leadership, giving her a deep understanding of the firm’s people, clients, services, operations, and growth strategy. Across her tenure, she has supported federal and state prison, jail, and juvenile clients leading 60+ projects across 40+ jurisdictions addressing workforce and professional development, sexual abuse prevention and response, culture transformation, services for special populations, safety and operational practice, gender-responsive services, and program implementation. Each stage of her work at TMG—from coordinating projects and managing complex engagements to leading development opportunities, strengthening client and partner relationships, and shaping business strategy—informs her leadership as President, bringing both operational insight and a clear vision for sustainable growth.
Mara is a member of the American Correctional Association, Association of Women Executives in Corrections, and International Corrections and Prison Association and has presented to correctional audiences on topics including the intergenerational workforce, PREA, professional development, and gender-responsive practice. She has co-authored a textbook chapter for prison administrators on sexual abuse prevention and response and was on faculty for a multi-country training in Thailand on the United Nations Rules for the Treatment of Women Prisoners and Non-Custodial Measures for Women Offenders.
Mara holds a Master of Business Administration from American University (Washington, DC) and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic from Tufts University.

Ken Hyle brings over thirty years of experience in adult corrections and executive leadership to his role as Vice President, Correctional Services at The Moss Group. Before TMG, he served as the General Counsel/Assistant Director for the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). As General Counsel, he had oversight of legal training and of a broad range of practice areas to include correctional law, litigation, policy development and review, real estate and environmental law, government contracting, the Freedom of Information Act, and government ethics.
Ken’s career in the BOP began in 1994 and afforded him the opportunity to work in jail and correctional facilities, regional offices, and at agency headquarters. In the several positions he held, Ken had responsibilities for agency litigation, staff investigations and employment law issues, labor-management relations, regulation and policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Ken also served as a liaison to the leadership of the Department of Justice and other Executive agencies, the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
Of note during Ken’s BOP career was serving on the U.S. Attorney General’s committee which drafted the PREA regulations and subsequently drafting internal policies and assisting in PREA implementation in the federal system. He also worked extensively on high profile initiatives concerning restrictive housing practices and the management of special populations.
During his tenure at TMG, Ken has led project initiatives to include system-wide assessments, targeted facility operational reviews, training on special populations, strategic planning and implementation, and leadership development programs. Known for producing results, Ken has helped agencies find practical solutions to complex correctional issues and has produced data driven reports which have resulted in additional resource allocations for facilities and systems.
Ken has been recognized with two Distinguished Service awards from a U.S. Attorney General and was appointed to the federal government’s Senior Executive Service. He is a member of the American Correctional Association and is a regular presenter at conferences and is active on the Legal Committee. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University and attended law school at the National Law Center of the George Washington University. Ken is driven by a commitment to public service and the belief in the possibilities of positive impacts systems can provide to staff and those they serve.

Shirley Moore Smeal is a nationally respected corrections leader with more than three decades of experience advancing operational excellence, leadership development, and system-wide reform within complex correctional environments. Her 32-year career with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PADOC) reflects a distinguished trajectory of increasing responsibility and historic leadership.
Shirley began her career in 1987 at SCI Huntingdon and advanced through leadership roles across multiple institutions. In 2001, she was appointed Superintendent of SCI Muncy, one of the largest correctional institutions for women in the nation. She later served as Regional Deputy Secretary and was appointed Executive Deputy Secretary—the first woman to hold that position in PADOC history. In August 2009, Governor Edward G. Rendell named her Acting Secretary of Corrections, where she served as Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest state prison systems in the United States.
Throughout her tenure, Shirley led critical initiatives focused on leadership development, operational improvement, and humane correctional practices. Her work included chairing a department-wide leadership development program for more than a decade, revising restrictive housing policies and practices, strengthening inmate release procedures, and enhancing access to mental health services. A United States Air Force veteran, Shirley retired from PADOC in June 2019.
In addition to her operational leadership, Shirley is a recognized advocate for women’s leadership in corrections. She served as President of the Association of Women Executives in Corrections (AWEC) and remains an active member. Her contributions have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Susan Hunter Award from AWEC and the Trailblazer Award from the National Organization of Black Women in Law Enforcement. She is also a member of the American Correctional Association and the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice.

Caleb Asbridge is a Project Director with The Moss Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, training development, compliance, operational improvement, and large-scale grant and project management across the criminal justice system. Caleb specializes in helping agencies navigate complex change initiatives, strengthen leadership and supervision, secure and implement grant-funded initiatives, and improve compliance and operational performance through practical, data-informed strategies.
Prior to joining The Moss Group, Caleb worked for the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice, where he served as a Superintendent of multiple juvenile correctional facilities. He also served as the Assistant Director of Program Services, where he was responsible for specialized programming and legislative affairs. He also served as a Program Director and General Manager for a private foster care agency, where he managed multiple programs to ensure regulatory compliance and program fidelity. His work has spanned federal, state, local, and tribal justice agencies, with project experience in nearly every U.S. state and in partnership with a wide range of correctional, community supervision, and justice-serving organizations.
At The Moss Group, Caleb has worked on and led projects involving grant-funded technical assistance and training initiatives, facility and organizational assessments, PREA implementation and audit readiness, training and curriculum development, supervisory and leadership development, and compliance and risk management. His project portfolio includes supporting clients through grant planning, proposal development support, post-award implementation, and performance monitoring, as well as policy and practice reviews, training academies, in-service training programs, and strategic planning efforts designed to improve safety, staff readiness, and organizational culture.
Where appropriate, Caleb supports clients in leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to strengthen grant-supported initiatives by improving documentation, training delivery, workflow efficiency, reporting, and decision-making while maintaining accountability and human oversight.
An experienced facilitator and presenter, Caleb has led and supported dozens of trainings, workshops, and conference sessions for executives, supervisors, and line staff, translating complex regulatory, operational, and grant requirements into clear, actionable guidance. His work consistently emphasizes practical implementation, sustainability, and alignment between funding requirements, policy, practice, and organizational values.
Caleb holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Government, Economics, and Philosophy from Western Kentucky University.

Hope Cooper brings two decades of executive leadership in juvenile and adult corrections to her role as Project Director at The Moss Group. Before TMG, she served as the Deputy Secretary of Juvenile and Adult Community Based Services for the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC), overseeing statewide juvenile services—along with Community Corrections, Parole Services, and the Interstate Compact Unit. She was elected national Vice Chair of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision.
Hope’s KDOC career began in 2008 and spanned roles such as Program Consultant, Director of Community Corrections Services, and Warden of Topeka Correctional Facility, the state’s only women’s prison. Earlier in her career, she worked as a therapist in a juvenile treatment center for adolescent girls, with Target Corporation, as a Program Director for an alternative to incarceration program, and as a Federal Probation Officer—experience that grounds her leadership in both operational insight and human-centered practice.
Her specialties include organizational and leadership development, professional development, cultural and operational assessment, and strategic planning, with a particular focus on working with women and girls. During her tenure at TMG, Hope has led project initiatives spanning staffing analysis and planning, facility and safety assessments in women’s facilities, correctional training assessments, and leadership development programs. Known for producing results, Hope has helped senior administrators prioritize needs and identify strategies to meet those needs.
She is an active member of American Probation and Parole Association, American Correctional Association, and the Association of Women Executives in Corrections, where she won the Susan Hunter Award for career achievement and impact in the field of corrections. She maintains certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Human Synergistics suite of tools (Life Styles Inventory, Organizational Culture Inventory, Organizational Effectiveness Inventory). Hope holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology and a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Chadron State College. She is driven by a deep belief in people’s capacity for growth and in creating environments where individuals can become the best version of themselves.

Maggie Black has served in a variety of roles over her more than 12 years of service with TMG, growing into a trusted leader known for her thoughtful approach and steady execution. In her current role as Project Director, Maggie leads initiatives with candor, practicality, and a deep belief in the art of the possible—helping agencies navigate complex challenges with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
During her tenure, she has worked in over 30 jurisdictions across the country, building strong partnerships and a reputation for delivering meaningful, lasting results. Maggie specializes in projects focused on federal oversight and compliance, staff wellness and resiliency, facility operations assessments, the use of film as a tool for staff and incarcerated individual education, strategic planning, and leadership development. Her work consistently emphasizes practical, sustainable solutions that enhance safety, strengthen accountability, and improve outcomes for both staff and those in custody.
Notably, Maggie has contributed to the development of nearly a dozen original training curricula, including topics such as professional boundaries, gender responsiveness, staff resiliency, and peer-facilitated programming. She brings creativity and intentionality to her work, particularly in designing engaging learning experiences that resonate with correctional audiences.
Prior to joining TMG, Maggie worked with the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors and the National Center for Trauma-Informed Care, where she supported initiatives focused on mental health awareness and reducing the use of seclusion and restraint in institutional settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Manhattanville University.

Tina Waldron brings more than twenty years of corrections experience to her role as Project Director at The Moss Group. Prior to joining TMG, she served as Reentry and Women’s Services Director for the Missouri Department of Corrections and as a Program Consultant and Research Analyst for the Kansas Department of Corrections. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Tina’s clinical work focused on traumatic stress reactions across diverse populations, including combat veterans and survivors of sexual assault and disaster. This background informs her broad perspective on corrections, shaped by practitioner experience across states and divisions and grounded in a focus on both system‑level and individual needs.
Tina’s specialties include leadership and workforce development, organizational readiness and change management, facility assessments, strategic planning and implementation, and specialized support for women’s services, special populations, and operational practice improvement. Her work centers on translating big‑picture intent into practical, usable structures by operating at the intersection of strategy, leadership alignment, and real‑world execution. Through extensive work with corrections partners, she has seen firsthand that creating safety depends on helping teams communicate honestly while maintaining trust—especially when the stakes are high.
Tina is an active member of the American Correctional Association, the American Probation and Parole Association, the International Corrections and Prisons Association, and the Association of Women Executives in Corrections. She maintains certification in the Myers‑Briggs Type Indicator and is currently pursuing certification in trauma‑informed design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Washburn University. Tina is driven by a commitment to working in partnership with corrections leaders to build environments where people can act with clarity, accountability, and professional courage.

Jennifer Sheahan is a PREA subject matter expert with The Moss Group, bringing almost 30 years of experience in program development and implementation, budget management, compliance, audit readiness, operational improvement, and overseeing federal grant funded activities across the criminal justice system. Jennifer specializes in helping agencies and facilities assess their PREA programs health and audit readiness, supports agencies as they navigate difficult operational concerns, develops new business opportunities, advances grant-funded objectives, provides realistic and effective solutions to complex corrections issues, by interpreting and utilizing relevant data.
Prior to joining The Moss Group, Jennifer worked for The GEO Group, where she served as a manager in the Contract Compliance department. Jennifer supervised up to fifty facilities across all lines of business to monitor their American Correctional Association (ACA) and Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) compliance. She provided corporate support for all phases of compliance audits through conducting internal audits, document preparation, certification audit scheduling, and developing and monitoring corrective action plans. She also served as the PREA Coordinator for a small, private corrections company in New Jersey. She worked for a non-profit agency in New Jersey where she supervised several programs for male and female offenders in Department of Corrections and State Parole Board contracted residential community release programs. She has experience providing mental health and substance abuse counseling and case management services to clients with dual diagnoses. Jennifer’s work has included federal, state, and local agencies, allowing her to build professional relationships with a variety of correctional, community supervision, and juvenile agencies.
At The Moss Group, Jennifer has led projects and provided subject matter expertise for grant-funded technical assistance and training initiatives, facility sexual safety assessments, PREA implementation and compliance audit readiness, training development, support for agencies under Department of Justice Settlement Agreements and data collection and interpretation workshops. Her project experience includes assisting clients with grant implementation planning, monitoring grant activity progress, development of audit readiness plans, coaching sessions to implement PREA-related practices, policy, procedures and training review, and conducting training for frontline and administrative staff.
An experienced practitioner, Jennifer has participated in and supported staff training and workshops, offender education meetings and conference sessions about PREA-related topics. Jennifer served on the faculty of the PREA Resource Center’s PREA 101 class where she presented PREA information and interpretation to learners assigned to her group. Through training facilitation and coaching, Jennifer encourages staff to comprehend regulatory standards, operational best practice, and contract requirements to improve agency and facility cultures of sexual safety. Her guidance emphasizes real-world solutions for implementation, viability, and cohesion between agency policy and practice, contract requirements, and budgetary constraints.
Jennifer has been a Department of Justice certified PREA auditor since December 2016. She holds a Master of Human Services (Counseling Concentration) from Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Duquesne University.

Shannon Murphy brings more than 20 years of local operational experience to her role as Senior Project Manager at The Moss Group. Before TMG, she served as the Deputy Chief at the Montgomery County (MD) Department of Corrections and Rehabilitative Services, overseeing the pre-release and reentry division’s resident programs and services.
Shannon’s career began in 1996 and spanned roles as Community Service Work Coordinator, Intensive Supervision Officer I and II, Deputy Director of Intensive Supervision, Deputy Chief, and Reentry Director.
With experience managing a wide range of projects across justice settings at state, local, and federal levels, Ms. Murphy brings specialized experience in the areas of staffing analysis and planning, training and curriculum development, training academy assessments, facility operational assessments, PREA implementation and audit readiness, and operational practices. During her tenure at TMG, she has worked in over 14 states within local and state jurisdictions, along with federal agencies, on national-level projects. Notably, Shannon was the project manager for the multi-year Bureau of Justice Assistance project addressing correctional training academies in adult prison settings. This work led to the development of a series of resources and training content that is accessible to the field to support national best practices. As a result of this impactful project, Shannon has presented at national conferences, including the American Probation and Parole Association and the International Association of Correctional Training Personnel.
She is a certified Developing a Curriculum (DACUM) instructor and completed the Certified PREA Auditor Field Training Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas.

Jenise Durant is a Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the criminal justice field, specializing in PREA implementation and audit readiness, training and curriculum development, correctional training academy assessments, and leadership development.
At The Moss Group, she manages multi-state initiatives providing technical assistance, leadership training, and operational assessments for correctional agencies. She has managed projects in more than 10 states, overseeing project planning, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality, results-driven outcomes. Jenise’s background combines frontline corrections and instructional expertise. She began her career as a detention officer and later served as a training instructor within state-level juvenile justice and criminal justice training systems. She has developed and delivered training in areas including defensive tactics, communication, crisis response, and supervision, and has led curriculum development and program evaluation efforts. She has also presented field-related updates for state-level organizations.
Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, Jenise partners with agencies to strengthen operations, enhance training systems, and improve organizational effectiveness.
She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She is also a member of the American Correctional Association.

Marian Geiger is a Project Manager at The Moss Group (TMG) with more than five years of experience managing multi-year, complex initiatives that support safety, dignity, and respect across justice settings. Her work focuses on advancing practices in female facilities, including strengthening housing and classification systems and perinatal health care for incarcerated individuals.
At TMG, Marian manages multi-component projects for federal, state, and local correctional agencies, providing training, technical assistance, and strategic guidance on issues affecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff and incarcerated populations. She manages budgets and resources across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring efficient implementation and alignment with agency and organizational goals.
Marian has served as the strategy lead for a statewide postpartum support initiative within a large correctional system, providing subject matter expertise and facilitating cross sector collaboration to advance evidence-based practices for pregnant and postpartum individuals. This work resulted in the development of an agency-wide action plan to strengthen organizational capacity and advance best practices.
She also oversees a national network of more than 50 correctional professionals focused on supporting the exchange of research, emerging practices, and field driven solutions across jurisdictions related to special populations in carceral settings.
Her experience includes designing and delivering training and leadership development programs for justice organizations. Marian has managed leadership programs, launched largescale trainings reaching hundreds of staff, and created trauma-informed, peer-led program materials for incarcerated individuals. She has facilitated multi-jurisdictional convenings, including national roundtables on prison doula programs, to strengthen partnerships and elevate innovative practices across the field.

Paige Adkins McCarty brings eight years of research experience—including six dedicated to criminal justice—to her role as Project Manager, where she supports complex initiatives at the intersection of public health, public safety, and organizational effectiveness. Her work is grounded in research-driven practice with a particular emphasis on gender‑specific approaches that examine pathways for both men and women, an area often overlooked in traditional correctional research.
Paige joined TMG in 2022 as an Executive Coordinator, later to Project Coordinator, and now serving as Project Manager. Before stepping into her current role, Paige worked for a nonprofit addiction services agency, where she supported several large-scale state and federal grant initiatives aimed at reducing drug-related crime and recidivism. Her work on Ohio’s State Opioid Response (SOR) grant and the Bureau of Justice Assistance’s Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Programs (COSSAP) grant strengthened her expertise in coordinating multifaceted efforts across communities, behavioral health, and criminal justice systems.
Her research portfolio includes work on female reentry needs, naloxone distribution, quick response teams, correctional officer training, hot spot policing, and substance use treatment. Her publications in the Federal Probation Journal and the Justice Evaluation Journal reflect her commitment to translating complex data into accessible, actionable insights that support system improvement. At TMG, Paige has supported project initiatives spanning litigation support, facility assessments, training assessments, gender‑specific practice development, technical assistance, implementation support, strategic and action‑planning, data analysis, and organizational development. She also partners closely with the Director of Strategy and Growth on business development efforts, including proposal development, marketing materials, social media and website management, and oversight of monthly newsletters.
Paige is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Gender and Women’s Studies with a minor in Criminology. In 2023, she completed her Master of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati, one of the nation’s leading programs in the field. Her work is guided by a commitment to universal human needs, ethical applications of technology, and the development of sustainable systems that support both individual outcomes and institutional effectiveness.

Sarah Flesher joined The Moss Group in 2024 as a Project Manager. Prior to joining TMG, Sarah was the Chief Consultant at Endurance Project Management, a boutique firm that she founded in 2013 that specializes in overseeing large-scale projects for state and local government as well as for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She spearheaded initiatives that encompassed the entire project lifecycle, with a focus on a human-centric approach, change management, and sustainability. In 2022 she was honored with the inaugural Douglas Hooker Award for Excellence in Workforce Equity for leading a transformative human-centered designed that streamlined processes across Metro Atlanta’s five workforce boards, resulting in advancements in racial equity and economic mobility.
Prior to founding EPM, Sarah worked as an Operations Advisor for Arabella Advisors in Washington, DC where she led a multi-departmental team to identify challenges, develop solutions, and improve operational and financial services on more than 70 projects. She spent a year living in South Africa and Namibia as the Namibian Program Coordinator for Grassroot Soccer. Her work focused on HIV/AIDS programs that utilized soccer as a delivery mechanism for HIV/AIDS prevention education. Sarah holds a MSc degree in communications with a minor in public health from the University of Tennessee and a BSc degree in business administration with a minor in media arts from Eastern Oregon University.

Terri Williams comes to TMG with more than 35 years of experience in the juvenile justice and criminal justice fields in both the public and non-profit sectors. She has held various positions in the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC), including the Deputy Secretary of Community and Field Services, the Administrator of the Kansas Parole Board, Director of Release Planning, and Parole Officer. From 2012-2017, she oversaw the executive branch of juvenile justice continuum in Kansas as the Acting Commissioner of the Juvenile Justice Authority and the Deputy Secretary of Juvenile Services. During her tenure in that position, Terri helped lead comprehensive juvenile justice policy and legislative reform. She has particular interest and expertise in transformational leadership, implementation of evidence-based programming, and strategic project management.
Terri earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and corrections from Washburn University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Kansas.
She is an associate member of the Council of Juvenile Justice Administrators (CJJA), and a past member of the CJJA executive board. She has served on several national, state, and local boards including as a former member and chairperson of the Kansas State Advisory Group on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (KAG), the Coalition for Juvenile Justice, the Center for Improving Youth Justice and Youth Correctional Leaders for Justice.

Throughout her career, she has been a highly trusted partner to leadership, routinely managing confidential information and delivering timely, decision-ready financial data. Her experience spans end-to-end finance operations, including budgeting and forecasting, cash planning, pricing strategy and margin analysis, revenue tracking and recognition, accounts receivable and accounts payable oversight, monthly close and reporting, financial statement preparation, audit readiness and coordination with external auditors, tax readiness and coordination with external tax providers, payroll and payroll tax management, contract procurement and compliance, insurance coordination, administration of accounting and timekeeping systems, banking relationship management, oversight of lines of credit, and M&A support.
Molly’s career began in 2003 at a wealth management firm in Boston, supporting family office and client service operations in a role that required exceptional attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, proficiency in CRM/client account systems, strong organization and time management, and a client-first, team-oriented mindset. In 2008, Molly transitioned to a role supporting the CFO at a hedge fund, where she gained deeper exposure to traditional accounting functions as well as more advanced practices including valuation support, budgeting and forecasting, and partnership allocations and investments.
During her time at TMG, Molly has worked across all core functions of the finance department, giving her a strong foundation for evaluating the downstream impact of decisions and a solid understanding of the internal controls that keep TMG financially sound. She uses this vantage point to contribute to strategic decision-making and to evaluate return on investment (ROI) for key opportunities. She has led efforts to improve the quality and accessibility of data for project teams and leadership so that well-informed decisions can be made, and she coordinates closely with adjacent business functions to keep workflows accurate and consistent.

Since joining TMG in 2017, she has managed daily accounts payable and receivable, overseen payroll review processes, and provided critical support to the Accounting Manager and CFO. Deepa’s collaborative approach ensures timely and accurate payments to employees and consultants, contributing to the delivery of budget-to-actual reports and financial statements.
Her specialties include financial operations, payroll administration, and budget reporting, with a particular focus on process improvement and compliance. Deepa is known for her attention to detail and reliability in supporting complex accounting tasks and cross-departmental projects.
Before joining TMG, Deepa served as the primary accountant for a consulting firm in Virginia, where she honed her expertise in managing diverse accounting functions. Grace Yunis brings over fifteen years of experience in management consulting and project management to her role as Managing Director of Program Delivery and Quality.
Prior to joining TMG, Grace served as a Director for Guidehouse solely focused on public sector consulting and establishing consistent levels of quality across engagements. Throughout her tenure in consulting firms, she led large-scale, transformational efforts for clients and oversaw matrixed, multi-functional teams. Her portfolio of work encompassed development and implementation of solutions related to data modernization, Information Technology (IT) governance, project and portfolio management, strategic planning, communications, process improvement, and change management.
During her time at TMG, Grace has led efforts to enhance quality and consistency across TMG’s portfolio of client work. In addition to leading standardization and process improvement efforts to enhance operations and project delivery, she supports contractual compliance for our client engagements and oversees TMG’s Project Managers.
Grace has maintained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification since 2014. She received her Professional Master of Business Administration from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Grace is committed to streamlining operations and developing systems promoting consistent management and quality for TMG to better support its mission and partners.

Wanda Womack joined TMG in 2025 as a Coordinator, providing administrative and logistical assistance to the leadership team, and supporting numerous internal projects, workflows, and systems across the organization.
Prior to joining TMG, Wanda served as Coordinator for the Economic & Social Development Division at Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in Washington, DC, beginning in 2014. There, she streamlined workflows, coordinated global travel, and represented the organization at major conferences. Her other previous roles at the American Council on Education, NRI Staffing, and various federal and educational institutions have equipped her with a strong foundation in budget management, data analysis, and executive-level support.
Ms. Womack is a dedicated administrative professional with over 15 years of experience supporting executive teams and managing complex office operations. She brings expertise and tremendous skills and experience to help us continue to deliver excellent work with our partners and support our mission of creating cultures of safety.
