Program Delivery
TMG offers a unique program delivery solution to address realities of the corrections environment including staffing limitations, programming backlogs, special populations, and technology limitations – all while maintaining fidelity and producing desired outcomes. From content production to scaled implementation across settings, we bring state of the art learning and technology that is built for correctional systems – both institutional and community – of any size.
The Challenge
Often agencies face required programming backlogs that can be costly and impact the goal of reentry and rehabilitation. Additionally, agencies are often asked to do more with less, while maintaining quality and outcomes. This is particularly true when asked to deliver programs with fidelity using outdated delivery methods or limited staff available to deliver programs for the population. Rehabilitation can be even more challenging when trying to reach special populations, restrictive housing environments, or specialized and individualized program needs.
