TMG is building a new online tool called the PREA Chatbot, a simple question-and-answer helper that gives you quick, reliable answers about PREA standards. Instead of digging through long documents, you can type a question in plain language and get an answer drawn straight from the official PREA standards and guidance, with pointers to where it comes from. It sticks to trustworthy PREA sources – not random opinions or general internet answers – and it will tell you when a question is better handled by a person, such as agency leadership, an auditor, or legal counsel.
